A great trip with my friends! We explored Holland Park and visited the Natural History Museum. The breakfast was solid, and we loved having avery comfy and tidy room to come back to. Just a heads up, make sure to book the right size room for your group as ours was a bit snug. A fantastic stay!
We had some trouble with our toilet not working properly . Despite reporting it, it wasn't fixed right away, and we didn't feel much attention was given to the issue as we had to deal with it ourselves.

Compact room, extremely comfy beds, spotless bathroom. Amazing and perfect breakfast to start the day with soft drinks and nuts, for instance. Marvellous and decent location in good area, just next door to London, the restaurant, and Earl's Court tube.

Great room, large bathroom. Ideal and favourable location in London, very close to a restaurant over the road, and a 24hr Tesco supermarket close-by. Also, in the Kensington area...

Large clean and quiet rooms
The staff was overstrained with the morning buffet. The goods were replenished again and again, but it always took a little longer. It also had a little too few tables so that everyone could eat. But the worst thing was the lift. Only one of the two lifts worked and it was completely overstrained with all the people. The staircase was extremely strained and there was even a traffic jam. It is a pity that these two things were not fixed quickly. Otherwise the hotel is very good.

The breakfast was very good. A large selection that has something for everyone. The staff is very friendly!
The cleanliness in the corners was rather bad. There is also a lack of equipment like hairdryer, toilet brush and a sign (please do not disturb). The crowd of people at breakfast was too much or better said the room was too small

The quiet location and the price ratio. Breakfast sufficient. Good coffee. Beside a big and cheap supermarket and the possibility to cook or prepare dinner yourself. Dishwasher available. The rooms are cleaned daily.
The rooms could be bigger. Furnishings are not my taste.

They charge me twice the fee for the room on my credit card and I still have to get my money back

I had an impression that staff are quite friendly and sincere. Room was comfortable and very clean. It would be nicer if hotter shower was available. I would definitely like to stay again.

The apartment was a lot smaller than advertised. I paid for a one bedroom apartment, however the booking was then confirmed as a one bed open plan apartment.
